Delivery

Special request deliveries may be available.

Delivery times are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to meet your requests.

Your items will not be left if someone is not able to meet the driver.  You may email info@purplelips.biz if you have a special instruction for the driver.   Depending on weather, the driver may choose not to leave your product if the location does not seem safe or suitable to leave baked goods. If the driver is unable to deliver you will be given the option to either pick up the item at the bakery or attempt a second delivery for an additional fee. The delivery fee is non-refundable once delivery arrangements have been made. Our delivery policy is designed for your convenience. We ensure your orders arrive fresh and delicious! Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to make your bakery experience as seamless as possible.

If you are sending baked goods as a gift please make sure we have a contact number for the recipient as we will call to arrange delivery before we send out the driver.

Health & Safety

Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, my top priority continues to be the health and safety of my customers and the community. As the situation with Covid-19 evolves daily, I focus on actions to create a safe operating environment and continue to take online orders to meet customer demands. Working in line with recommendations from local governments and health authorities, I have implemented enhanced health and safety measures including: Enhanced physical distancing protocol, Completely contactless exchanges and rigorous sanitization and cleaning of surfaces where food is prepared and stored.

Our store front is now open and hand sanitizer is available upon entry. We respect your choice regarding the wearing of masks.
